  • Prepare and send documents for completion and signing.

  • Listings: Create and coordinate the completion of the listing disclosure package with the seller. Order necessary reports. Update, maintain, and provide a shareable link to the disclosure package.

  • Generate (as needed) addendums, extensions, contingency removals, and requests for repairs.

  • Follow up with agents, TCs, and clients for missing items and signatures.

  • Obtain and distribute reports to the necessary parties.

  • Order the Preliminary Title Report, Natural Hazards Disclosure Report, City Inspections, and Home Warranty.

  • Provide agents and clients with a link to the completed file after the close of escrow.

Communication & Transaction Events

Stay informed and in control throughout the transaction process with our regular, comprehensive updates. Our proactive communication ensures that you have a clear picture of the transaction's status.

  • Email update on your transaction(s) at the start of every week.

  • Provide a clear timeline, send reminders, track progress, and keep everyone updated throughout the transaction.
